Today I used up the rest of the superfine sugar and powdered sugar and most of the homemade vanilla extract in making a couple of lemon pound cakes for class and intercambio. With a scoop of the berries that I got last night at Costco, it is a nice summery dessert.
I was alone again today in class - it was a good class - a little grammar and a lot of conversation. Then on to intercambio. Lots of the usual suspects.
But some new people too. Only one intercambio left.
